The mind-set we take into every new Elevate Management project is a sports-inspired one. We’re committed to staying competitive and going for the win every time. Teamwork is the fuel that drives our success, but there are a few other key behaviors that help us stay on the forefront of our industry.

We take time out to evaluate our Elevate Management goals on a regular basis. The summer is an ideal time to do this, so we’re fresh off a mid-year check-in. Just as a pro sports team might take stock of its season halfway through, we take a look at where we are and how much further we have to go in order to reach key objectives.

Personal improvement goals and small milestones also help us stay on the right track. We always have something to celebrate along the path to major achievements, which means we stay motivated all the while. The fact that we’re also growing our skill sets means we’re well prepared to achieve our future goals.

The GROWTH Model has also become a mainstay of our successful approach. This stands for Goal, Reality, Options, and What’s Next. It’s basically an ideal way to create a specific target and the best possible action steps to reach it.
