Wow! What a great year 2019 has been! We’ve hit all our Elevate Management goals for the year, and we still have December to push all our numbers even higher. That, plus the pleasure we take in the end-of-year holiday celebrations and the charities we’ll be supporting this month, means that not only do we still have a lot to look forward to this year, but we’ll have incredible momentum going into 2020.
We’re not going to rest on our laurels though. The fact that we’ve done so well this year is why we’re going to work even harder in 2020. Also, as soon as the new year begins, we’re getting back to basics: focusing on training and development has been at the core of Elevate Management’s success, and helping team members achieve their personal and professional potential is how we’ll continue to thrive as an organization.
To that end, our biggest focus in the next twelve months will be on grooming people for promotion. We’ll be looking for at least three (we prefer five or more) team members to show that they’re ready for leadership positions. Also, to continue providing the stellar service we give our business partners, we’ll need one or two associates to show that they’re ready for account manager roles.
