Gratitude is a word that comes up a lot this time of year, what with harvest and winter festivals and the promise of a new year. In the Elevate Management office, we feel pretty thankful all year round though, because values like appreciation and recognition are woven into the way we operate.
For example, one of the most exciting perks we offer to our team members is travel. Throughout the year, we visit other offices for cross-training, fly to weekend events, and even lounge in exotic resorts for R&R retreats. These are always educational and inspiring, and we always grow because of them, but most importantly these trips are a way to say “Thank you!” to all those who invest themselves in the Elevate Management mission.
Our promotion policy is another way we know we’re welcome here. When we master the skills required for success in our current roles, we get the chance to move forward.
